PERMITS VALID FOR:
Single trip permits are valid up to ten (10) days.

OPERATING TIME
One-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.

WEEKEND TRAVEL
Daylight hours Saturday and Sunday except between Memorial Day to Labor Day then allowed Saturday until 12:00 noon, Sunday no travel

DIVISIBLE LOADS
Permits will not be valid for movements that may be readily or reasonably dismantled or multiple items loaded side by side, end to end or stacked one on top of the other or for items which can be made legal by proper loading procedures. Permits will not be valid for overweight for multiple items except for a single disassembled machine providing all parts of the load are parts of that machine and that a permit would have been issued for the assembled machine.

EXCEPTIONS
If over 14' wide, blade has to be removed but can be hauled with the vehicle.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO ORDER A WIDE LOAD, OVERSIZE AND HEAVY HAUL PERMITS:
Complete address, item to be moved and method of movement, overall dimensions, total number of axles, point of origin and destination, state highways and route numbers to be traveled, vehicle make, year, license number, VIN number, PUC number and equipment number.

Restricted Travel

Vehicles 14' - 16' wide must travel between 9:00 - 11:00 A.M and 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. in Portland, Salem, Eugene, Medford and Grants Pass

SPRING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Whenever circumstances require

Overweight, Oversized & Wideload SuperLoads
Vehicles that exceed routine issue limits must submit an application including the following: axle spacings, number of axles, axle weights, actual gross weight and description of the vehicle (height, width, length and weight), drawings are not required but are helpful. Must submit route request and permit application to 503-378-2873. Permit may take up to 10 days to issue.
